Yes, if you contact us before your files are approved for print. Once printing has started we can't make changes. Message us on WhatsApp immediately if you need to amend anything.

Minimum 300dpi at the final print size. For most modern smartphone cameras this is fine. If your file is too low resolution we'll tell you before printing and suggest a smaller size that still looks great.

Yes. Use the original file from your camera roll — not a screenshot or WhatsApp-compressed version. WhatsApp compresses images significantly which reduces print quality.

We'll reprint at no cost if the quality issue is on our end. Send us a photo of the problem on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it within 48 hours. Our quality guarantee covers any issue caused by the printing process — not by low-resolution files.

Lagos orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of file approval. Nationwide orders take 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS when your order is dispatched.

We deliver nationwide across all 36 states. Lagos orders ship via GIG Logistics or Kwik. Nationwide orders ship via GIG Logistics with full tracking. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

Free delivery applies to all Lagos orders above ₦15,000. Nationwide delivery is ₦3,500 flat rate regardless of order size. Orders below ₦15,000 in Lagos attract a ₦2,000 delivery fee.
